Noxolo Kahlana is the Head of Sasol Foundation Trust, and former founder and MD of Energy House ZA, a
renewable energy projects development and investment company, and founder of Phakama Sizwe, running
healing conversations for the nation. She has a BCom from Rhodes University, an MA in Social Development from
Sussex through a Nelson Mandela scholarship, and an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science. She
has worked in the development sector for over fifteen years for companies like Accenture, BHP Billiton, Trialogue,
British American Tobacco and Cennergi. She is a former board member at City Power in the City of Joburg
and served a three-year term as Chairperson of Southern African Females in Energy Efficiency, also a former
exco member at South African National Energy Association and is currently a trustee in Eastern Cape Education
Development Trust.
